Milgard windows side channel balances

Question

These Milgard windows are about 28 years old, house was built in 1996. They are vinyl windows.
The steel channel is 33" long on one and 27" long onthe other.
The steel channel part is about 9/16" deep and between 9/16"-5/8" wide.
They are marked with ink as shown in the photos.

Thanks for posting. It appears you have either the S380-27 and S380-27, or the S385-27 and S385-33. The only difference between these two balance Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance to see what matches best. In either case, for stamp options choose 3230 and 2620, respectively.
