Milgard woodclad fiberglass vertical slider windows

We bought these in 2009. On 3 windows the plastic parts on the side tracks are broken. The part number is 801020.
On one window, the horizontal channel on the top of the lower window is broken, but we may be able to repair it.

Thanks for posting. I'm not sure exactly what it is you need. You mention a plastic part in the side track, and show a picture of a coil balance cover. Is that all you need, or did you need the whole coil balance? In what was is it broken?

I'm afraid we will not be able to replace the frame on your sash.

Thanks for your reply! I suppose I need the whole part, not just the cover. I tried to get them from Milgard but they were no help at all, and would not even let me buy the parts. If you have these, I would like to order 6-10 of them.

On the sash, only the part on the right is broken. If we had that part, we could fix it. We could not find a part number on it anywhere.

We will need more photos, with dimensions, to further help you. On the other hand, we pulled up some parts related to the code number you gave. You can check them out on the right, and see if anything helps you.
