Hello!
The first photo shows the general assembly.
The second photo is a closeup of where the lower corner of the window connects with that little slider thingy. As you can see, it appears the pin connecting the window to the slider has sheared. (The window's pin should line up more toward the left side of the slider.)
Other than what I assume is a pin failure, the rest of the assembly seems fine. Can I replace just that little piece? Or do I need more?

Based on the damage I see in your photo, you'll need an all new hinge set. I recommend the 36-048. This is a little different compared to what you show, but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then you should be good to go.
