Your operator resembles the 39-253LB that is compatible with either the 39-375 or 39-451 cover/handle depending on preference. Please review the style and dimensions to confirm a good fit! Also review the 39-529 track slider if needed.

If you are also in need of a new stud bracket, take a look at the 39-545 or 39-546 depending on the orientation of you original.
