Our crank just fell out! Please help and recommend what we should do. We want to use this window.

We'd be happy to help but we would need you to carefully push the window open so that the operator arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Thanks for helping me with my window.
The first photo is of the crank on the window that is not working. the handle and "drive screw" just fell out!
Photos 2,3,4 are of a window nearby.
I was thinking that I could replace the screw that moves the gears but perhaps they don't go that far the the lowest replacement unit.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the worm gear that the handle attaches to is not designed to be repaired and would require replacing the entire operator. With that being said, take a look at the 39-031 and 39-032 Entrygard operators. The key dimension would be the length of the shorter link arm shown below. As long as the specifications below match up to your assembly, you should be good to go.
