Milguard awning window , with hand crank

A contractor from Maui Hawaii says:
I have a number of these Milguard windows, that crank open. This plastic slug has failed on almost all of them, and I need a replacement. Thanks

I'm afraid I don't recognize this bracket. It looks like it might be just a small component of a larger mechanism. Would it be possible to see what it looks like while installed? Seeing any related parts would also be a huge help, if possible.

Aha! I see now. Thank you so much, this was a huge help.

I recognize this piece now. This appears to be the clip portion of our 39-424 mounting bracket. I think this may be just what you need, but look it over and let me know if you had any questions.

A contractor from Maui, Hawaii says:
That is fantastic! The owner wants to install more of the same style windows, and I was hesitant to comply because of the poor overall performance. But being able to purchase these parts makes me less weary. Thank you so much!
A contractor from Maui, Hawaii says:
How about this pivot, and support brace, on the side of the same window? Are there replacements for this part available?
What about the crank assembly? I have a couple of different windows that need new crank assembly's.

Tom is out of the office today but I'd be happy to assist you. Take a look and compare the 39-393 Roto operator to the assembly shown in your photo, which is also compatible with the 39-424 mounting bracket that Tom recommended.

As for the hinge assembly, you can start by comparing the dimensions of the 36-048 and 36-049 to an undamaged assembly. Thank you!

What about this car that rides in the track. It is for a awning window

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Are you talking about that black guide? If so, a similar guide comes with the hinge assemblies that Casey mentioned. It's all part of one complete assembly. You can see detailed photos on the store pages she linked you to above.

A contractor from Maui Hawaii says:
The 10" bar set shows the guide. The 14" bar hinge set dose not show the black guide, and this is the size I need. Will the 14" Bar Hinge Set included the black guide, or can it be purchased separately?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

The 14" long 36-049 definitely has that guide. I can see it in all of the product photos shown on that store page.

In either event, these guides are not sold separately. I wish they were, but manufacturers only provide them with the complete hinge kit.
