The number on the part is 25 2 IU CMC 2. The length is 26" width is 1/2". year of window is approximately 2000-2004

I need to purchase one of these and hopefully this identifies it well enough. I have many more pics but it would only allow 5.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to get started. First, we'll need to see the connecting point between the spring and pulley system to determine if our stock balances would work or if it would need to be a custom order. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us but, unfortunately, your balance is too damaged to determine the style of the connecting point between the spring and pulley. We would need to see the internal portion of an intact balance to confirm.
