Thanks for reaching out to us. According to our records, the Milgard Styleline operator uses a Truth Encore operator. With that in mind our 39-375 and 39-376 should work, or the 39-451 and 39-452, if you prefer that style.

Your next step should be to compare these products to your original hardware to verify. My suggestions are based on my records, but without seeing a photo of your actual hardware this is all ultimately just an educated guess. These parts are not guaranteed to work for you.
