Milguard non tilt balancer

Hey there,

This balance is similar to a few we have in our inventory. I'll need to see photos of the top attachment on the balance as well as the spring side of the channel to identify the correct replacement. I am particularly looking to see a photo of the bracket attached to the bottom of the spring, in the middle of the balance.

The stamp tells us the weight range a balance may be able to support but it cannot be used to identify the series, unfortunately.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your window balances can be replaced with either the S380-33 or the S385-33. The length of your channel, should be 33", without the attachments.

The 3250 stamp will most likely be the weight range option you need, but you may want to double check that the sash weight falls between 28 to 32lbs.
