I'm in need of a Millguard replacement channel balancer. My measurement is 9/16 wide & Deep, by 30 inches long. What would I order from you to replace that?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you upload photos of the top and bottom fittings of the balance? We'd also like to see the clip attached to the end of the pulley cord. Additionally, can you confirm the stamp printed on the back of the metal channel?

Thank you! Are you able to confirm the stamp on the back of the balance? We would also like to see a photo of the middle portion of the balance as shown below. Additionally, can you measure the bottom shoe's depth and tell us what you get?

Thank you for the additional photos! Your balance matches the Series 351 or Series 390 with the 2830 stamp option. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe, as shown below. The metal channel should measure 29" long, but please let us know if that differs.

The lenght of the metal rails is 29 inches. The depth of shoes is 1 1/8.

Can I just buy two S390's to see if they work?

Great! In that case, you'd want the S390-29 with the 2830 stamp option. You can certainly buy two of them to start. All orders can be placed on our website at your convenience.
