Thanks for posting! Your patio door roller looks like it can be replaced with our 84-104 Screen Door Roller. As you'll notice, the hook at the top is shaped differently than yours but this should still work as a suitable alternative.

The compatible screen corner is the 95-020 Acorn Patio Screen Door Corner.
