Milguard window balancer

I have a milguard window balancer that broke. It measures 27 inches in length (metal piece only) and the width is closer to 5/8 inches. The markings on the metal is stamped 26 4 JV CMC 7. It looks like S380, S385, or S395 may be the correct replacement part. Please feel free to provide advice and what replacement piece I should order. Thanks in advance.
