The metal portion is 33" long. I have included pictures of the end pieces, and a mystery piece that fell out when I removed the window. It appears broken.

Hi there!

It looks like you have either our S351-33, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-33, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 3240 stamp option.

As for the top sash guide, take a look at our 18-008 or 18-008H. Compare our dimensions to an undamaged version and see if either matches up for what you need.

Thank you. This all makes sense and it looks like I need the 390 with 15-001 as the base is 1 1/8" I also need the 18-008H sash guide as the screw hole is horizontal. However, I am not tracking with this statement: You'll also need a 3240 stamp option. I am not sure what you are referencing.

The stamp option or spring strength option indicates the weight range your balance is calibrated to support. There's a stamp on your metal channel that reads "32 4", which means that you'll need to select the 3240 option on the S390-33's store page. Let me know if this makes sense.

Ok...that makes sense. I am am going to order parts for 2 windows. Can you double check that I have what I need please. I assume I need the channel piece and top and bottom pieces to complete a channel balance. I also through in some clips as I broke one. Order number is: 1774892

Our S390-33 actually comes with the 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom fittings attached so you don't need to order those separately. I'm not able to alter your order on my end but if you call our custom service department at 856-317-6263, they should be able to help. Their hours are Monday - Friday; 8AM - 4:30PM EST.
