Millard Double Hung Window Parts

A quick learner from San Francisco says:
Hello,

The attached pictures are in reference to a Milgard double hung window. This is the bottom window, but it looks as if the hardware is the same for the top window. These windows were custom made about ten years ago. The parts I need are: 1) The window shoes 2) The balance track 3) The window guides that attach to the balance track and hold the window in.

This is a double pane window that weighs about 20lbs.

Thank-you for your help!

Sure, we're always happy to help. From your photos, the pivot shoe looks like our 15-210, which in turn uses the 26-272 pivot bar. See what you think. We don't have this exact balance, but I think our S770-30 should work the same way. It just has a different style clip at the end. You might want to weigh your sash to confirm the proper spring strength option. I'm leaning towards the 30C option, which can carry sashes that weight 19 through 24 pounds, but you should check just to make sure.
