We had a fire in the house and the plastic handles of the Millard montecito series windows are very stained.
Do you know if I we can replace that part? It's the actual latch.

Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for just the discolored part of your latch. Our best option would be the 90-323 but you would need to review the specifications on our product page to determine if you could adapt this assembly to work for your repair. Thank you.
