Need replacement balancer for millard window installed in 2007

We can supply this balance, but it has to be custom made due to its configuration. Before I recommend anything, can you show me a picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord? Yours appears to be missing, but it is an important detail. Can you also confirm how many you need?

Once I have that information, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for that quantity.

Here is the photo. The tension cord clip sheared in half. The bottom part of the clip is similar to part 62-108.

I would like 2 balances as I will replace the pair in this window.
