Millard window channel balance

A landlord from Portland, OR says:
I have not foto of the actual slide. The Milgard window measures: 30 1/2"wide by 32 1/2" long. This includes the frames and hardware
The handyman says it measures 30x 32
.
A foto of a similar window sticker in a different size says:
Series 6210/6230J/6270
H-LC30 and H-R20

the sliders seem broken so I think what I need is a channel balance and any corresponding parts for both sides.

I would very much appreciate your help getting the correct product ordered.
Much thanks,
genna

Thanks for your detailed information. Unfortunately, that is not enough information for us to know which balances would work in your Milgard windows. The best way for us to resolve this would be for you to remove one of your balances from the window and send us a few photos. We also would like for you to provide the sizes and dimensions of the balances you need replaced.
