Millard window channel balance

Question

I need to replace one of my no tilt SH channel balance. The string broke and the inside parts appear bent and damaged. It is 29 1/2 ? balance. With shoes attached already if possible. These darned windows have been problematic since day one but now I know what to do to fix then. Thanks.

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be specially made. Before we can begin, can you show me a clear picture of the hook at the end of the cord? Can you also show me a clearer photo of the bottom shoe? Finally, please tell me how many you need.
