Need to replace both side balances for this window. Unknown weight. The metal length is 25 11/16th and the total length including plastic caps is 27". It is 1/2" wide. The stamp says 25.4 B.S.I. pc

We can replace this balance, though it will have to be specially made. Can you just confirm the length of the metal channel? Based on the stamp, it should be 25-5/8". Do not include the nylon ends in your measurement, just the metal channel. Can you also tell me how many you need?
