Millard window cranks

Question

I have several Milgard windows that are very difficult to move and impossible to close. The house, built in 2003, windows have a tag that gives catalog number and indicate they were built on 11/05/02.

Size of this one is 23.5 x 71.5

Do you have a replacement for these?
