I need the plastic receiver that goes on the top of the sash that lets the balance connect

I also need a few balances as in the photos.

For the sash guide, start by comparing your dimensions to our 18-009 and see if this matches what you need. As for the balance, can you show us some pictures of your bottom fitting? That will tell us what type of channel balance you need.
