Miller (?) Rollers

My metal sliding door(s)are ~25 years old...the roller assembly looks like the 81-009 Miller but I cannot be sure for I cannot remove the assembly. I did successfully remove the roller (wheel) itself and found that the pin (shaft) appears to be broken. Is there any way to confirm the manufacturer? How about the assembly?

It is better to remove the whole wheel assembly to match with the proper replacement but if you cannot get the assembly out you can just replace the wheel. Take a look at the 81-224 replacement wheel to see if it will fit.

Thanks. Not sure how one would go about replacing the whole assembly (which I would prefer)...turns out the shaft was/is worn badly...I reassembled and door works but with some drag...does the wheel come with a new shaft? Can I just replace the shaft?
Thanks

Replacing the complete housing would be the way to approach this problem. Even if you were to replace the shaft/axle, the housing that holds the wheel could be worn. If you are still having trouble removing the assembly maybe you can send pictures of your problem so we can take a look at what you are dealing with.
