Millgard Awning style window connection clip

A handy person from Maui, Hawaii says:

Items have numbers on them 31878 and 31879. They are a clip assembly that connects the opening hinge assembly to the base of the opening section of the window. The window is a Millgard Awning style vinyl window purchased in 2007 or 2008.
