Millgard window balancer replacement

Unfortunately the stamp only indicates the strength of the spring, but not the series of balance. We can assist with a replacement, but to confirm the series needed, we will need to see the balance removed from the window. We will need to see pictures of the top attachment and the inside of the balance where we can see the connection point between the spring and pulley system. From there we can determine the best replacement for your window. Thank you!
