Millguard window balance

Question

Hello, I need to replace the two balances in this window. Metal is stamped 25 3
Metal is 9/16" wide.
bottom shoe is just over 1 1/16" deep.
you can see it has some sort of anchor to casing.
please tell me what part number I need to order.

What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via custom order. I'm going to email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website.

Note that your old balance style is no longer available. The manufacturer has recommended a comparable replacement option, which is a newer style and should install and function the same.
