I am looking to replace the sliding hardware on our mirror closet doors. The only markings on them is Acme patent pending 3750337. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm afraid that Acme has been out of business for some time now and your part is no longer available. We suggest something like our 23-093 spring loaded upper roller guide as replacement. They don't make it with a double wheel but it should still work the same.
