Hi!

Having a hard time understanding if my wheels on this closet door are concave or convex. Can someone assist me with what parts to order?

We can certainly help! Your hardware looks like our 23-086 concave roller to me. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours. I have also attached a video below that will explain the differences between concave and convex rollers.
