need to replace 4 rollers. We have had for 15+ years. Manufacture was Contractor warehouse in Santa Carlita

Hi and thanks for contacting SWISCO. Because your wheel is concave, take a look at the 23-098 and see what you think.

23-098 may not work because of the angle of the bottom. I did see 23-233 on your website. The bottom flange is the same as what is on my unit.

Interested in your opinion

I'm sorry, I'm afraid I don't know what you mean. The bottom tabs on your roller look to be vertical while the tabs on the 23-233 are horizontal. They aren't compatible at all.

Based on your photo, I don't see anything that would prevent the 23-098 from working. Can you go into more detail? What do you mean when you mention the angle of the bottom? What does that mean? Could you show me a photo pointing out the detail in question?

I'm afraid these photos don't help specify what the issue is. They are too unclear. I'm just not sure why the 23-098 cannot work. There is nothing that I can see that works differently form how the 23-098 can work. If you can go into more detail, that would be a huge help.

When I look at 23-098 the flanges for securing it are straighr up and down while the bottom flange on my unit is at a 90 degrees the same as the bottom flange on 23-233

I don't see that. Looking at the photos you've posted, the bottom flanges on your roller are also straight up and down. They do not look like the 23-233 design to my eye at all. I'm not sure what I'm missing.
