Hi there! This part referenced above looks like the part we need. All measurements line up except the the length. Ours is 3 1/2", yours is 3". Do you think it will work?

I wouldn't worry about length too much. As long as the other dimensions match, and as long as your insert is square shaped, you should be okay.
