Can you please help identify the following bottom roller, (Im thinking it may be a acme 4011/4012 roller?
and recommend a replacement?

Based on your photo, it looks like you have our 23-041 roller assembly.
Please carefully compare our measurements and dimensions to what you have and get back to us if you have any questions.
