Can't seem to remove assembly but did get roller off. Can I order replacement rollers? If not, which assembly and how do I get it out? I have already removed screw

We may sell a replacement roller that can work on your door, but I can't see enough of the original assembly to make a recommendation.

If removing the screw wasn't enough to remove it, then partial disassembly of the frame may be necessary. This can be risky with a mirror door since you risk breaking the pane. If you aren't familiar with how to do this, I would recommend a local professional to do it for you.

We believe you have our 81-125 roller assembly in your mirror door. If you just want a wheel, consider the 81-228 along with the 81-310 axles (sold separately).
