Mirror closet door track and roller replacement - need parts

Home Owner from USA
My mirror closet door has no identification label on it. I took some pictures of my mirror door roller wheel and attached the photos for reference.

Any recommendations on what product to use are appreciated.

Thank you

Hi there, David.

Your old track isn't made anymore but the 23-270, 23-271, and 23-272 should work for you depending on the length you need. I'm not able to identify the roller though. I would need to see a photo of the whole assembly in order to help.

Hi Emily,

Thank you for your response.

My current old damaged track are convex roller track and I attached more detail photos of the roller assembly for your reference. As you can see the current roller are curve at the middle to fit convex style track. My current length is 14 feet 8 inches.

Please let me know if you still think the concave roller track you suggest would work for my application.

Thanks,
David

Hello! Emily isn't here today but I'll do my best to help.

The three tracks Emily recommended are all made to accommodate concave wheels, same as yours. The rail is just more recessed than on yours. The design is different but it should still function the same.

As for the roller, I'm sorry to say that I can't ID that as long as it's still in the door. We have to see it removed in order to search for a match in our inventory.

Hi Emily,

I have a few other questions.

My current closet door mirror roller wheel is made of metal and they roll fine so I can use the existing wheel. On you 3 part numbers, I assume I would need to use the 23-272 to replace my current damaged track since the total length is 176 inches. I would order 3 pcs and cut the last piece of track. What tool should I use to cut the track? A hack saw?

Do you think my current good roller would fit into your 23-272 track? Your track has a wall on both sides that keep the roller in place as it moves across the track.

Thanks,
David

Yes, what you can do is use two smaller tracks, cut off the excess, and then butt them together. We recommend a hacksaw which should be perfect for the job. Your roller should work fine in our track as well.
