Mirror closet roller assembly

A home owner from San Jose CA says:

No part numbers or markings on the part. 1 1/4" nylon roller but they are old and broken. I don't know if it's possible if they were 1 1/2 or 1 9/16 and have just worn down. Looks like 23-043 but is only 2" long vs 2 7/32", offset for bent flange at top is 5/16 and not 5/32, also rivets are reversed. Looks similar to 23-198 but this is a 1 1/2" roller and there aren't many dimensions listed in the photo on your website. Appreciate your help. Thanks

Thanks for posting. Length for roller assemblies is not as important as width and height. Can you provide those dimensions? We should be able to identify a better fit from there.

Width of roller piece is 1/2". Width of wider piece is 11/16 and narrows to 9/16 at end. Height of piece holding roller is 1", height of other piece is 1 1/18" not including the amount of the small bracket with hole extending above this. See attached photo for drawing

Thank you for providing these dimensions. Looks like you need the 23-043 mirror door roller assembly. This has a 1-1/4" nylon ball bearing wheel. This roller assembly is very common in the closet door industry. Many of differences in dimension you have pointed out actually aren't that critical, as different wheel manufacturers put their own tweak in the assembly.
