I need to replace one that is broken. Your 23-044 looks like it may fit. Can you confirm? How do u remove it without breaking frame?

After looking around on your site, P/n 23-038 looks like an exact replacement. Can you confirm. Also advise or guidance around how to remove the old and replace with the new would be helpful.

Thanks for writing in. I agree, the 23-028 looks correct to me. Just go over the dimensions to confirm. We recommend using needle-nose pliers to remove the old roller from the door. The replacement should be able to snap right in.
