The plastic wheel the rides along the track is broken and causes the door to come off the track

Hello there. I suspect you have the 23-070 Roller. Note this roller has a concave wheel, which means the wheel has a recessed edge meant to roll along a raised track. I think that's what you have, but with the angle it's a bit tough to confirm. Take a look and see what you think.
