Mirrored Closet Door Tracks

we ordered a door track from Swisco, and the track is not wide enough for the wheel on our mirrored closet door. Attached are pictures of the existing door track and one of the wheels. Need help in getting the right part

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. Can you specify which SWISCO track it was you purchased? The track in your picture appears to match our 23-240 or 23-243 (I'm not sure what your length is). These tracks are made to accommodate convex wheels, like yours. The overall width likely won't match, but that shouldn't matter. The most important measurement is the distance between rails. As long as that is the same you should be okay.
