Mirrored Medicine cabinet hinge old

A quick learner from Syosset, NY says:

First 2 photos are of the hinge that I need to replace on the cabinets upper left. The others are to show the non broken lower right one fir dimensions. I?m looking specifically fir this hinge. I can?t figure out where it by whom the medicine cabinet was made as it is old. Do you only have the two hinges posted or can you lead me to another eight that might have this exact one to replace please
