Mirrored closet door part

Hello! I've seen this guide a few times in the past, but we've never been able to find a good match. The only conclusion I can draw is that it's no longer made.

We also don't have a confirmed replacement, though our 80-045 is close. I cannot guarantee that this will work, but I don't think anything else we carry comes close. I'm sorry that we cannot make a more reliable suggestion.
