Mirrored closet door track isnot a match

Question

Order no 800706 either has wrong product or I ordered wrong need 3 1/2" track rather than 2 1/2" track Item # 23-240.
Length is fine. Width is 1" wider w wider slots than what I received.

Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, we do not have a version of the 23-240 that is wider. However, the overall width doesn't affect the function of the closet doors. The distance between the two rails is more important. Could you still get the 23-240 to work with this in mind?
