Mirrored sliding bypass door tracks

Question

Hello from Manitoba. Im looking for the upper and lower tracks for my sliding closet doors.
Track at the bottom is showing wear and needs refreshing.
My track is 59 1/16" long and the bottom rollers are concave. The upper and lower track is a bronze in colour. Titanium colour will also work.
Can you supply?
