Mirrored sliding glass closet door guide

Needing to locate one of these roller guides. It has a D-719 part number. There are some on your website that look similar, but none that have the two hooks on the top, which are key for proper installation and operation of the roller. (BTW in the pictures, the two roller components have been slightly separated.)

We've come across this roller a few times in the past. We've never been able to find an exact match but our 81-125 is close. I'm just not sure how your exact dimensions compare to ours. Look them over and let us know if they differ, and how. Thanks for posting!
