Mismatch of Shoe and Top

Question

I believe that my balance uses a 15-002 Shoe and a 19-005 Top. It is 28" in length. There doesn't appear to be an option for a balance with these shoes preinstalled. What do you recommend?\Thanks

Thanks for posting! Can you confirm that you have the 15-002 shoe? Based on your picture, it looks like the depth is greater than 1", which makes me think it's the 15-001. Keep in mind that sometimes these shoes wear down a little from use, so try to compensate for that when you measure. Please confirm!

Either way, this balance will have to be custom made. Let us know what you find and we can go from there.
