Missig hardware for sliding glass door

We bought a house that is missing the sliding glass door hardware and lock. I can't find the manufacturer of the door. I looked at Lowe's but can't find one that looks like it would fit. I have attached 2 pics of the door and a pic of the lock clasp or what it attaches to. I think it's the 3 an 15/16" from outer hole to outer hole. Can you recommend a handle and lock that might work.
