I have a Milgard window for a shed that I salvaged from a Habitat for Humanity Resell shop. It's missing both channel balances so I have nothing except the window itself to go off of.
The window exterior measurements are 35 1/4in wide x 47 1/2 high. The window is a single hung non tilt with a sash 23in high x 33 5/8 wide and weighs 16 lbs. The channel itself if 5/8 wide.
Is there any way to figure out the channel balance for this window?

Many Milgard windows in my experience have used our Series 385 channel balance. The only question is size. You mentioned your sash was 23" tall, which implies a glass height of 20". Please check the approximate glass height in the sash to see if it is near 20". If so, you might be able to use our S385-21. I'd also recommend our 2040 option base don your sash weight.
Keep in mind I cannot guarantee this hardware will work for you, but I think it's a pretty educated guess. Let me know if you have any questions.
