Missing Hardware

A quick learner says:
Hello,

Client had painting done and parts of Pella window hardware is missing and cannot be found. Can you help identify and let me know what to order? I believe the part is called a "return".. to be located on the two holes?

Looks like you might need a new keeper, but I don't know what yours is in this case. Is there another window in the house that might still have this part? If so, we can use that as a reference?

A contractor from San Rafael, CA says:
Unfortunately, no. All of the windows are missing this hardware.

Thank you. In that case, I will have to make an educated guess.

Your current locks resemble our 38-274 and 38-275, which in turn use the 38-284 keeper. That may very well be what you want, but there is no guarantee of that. Your windows do look a little older so I'm not sure how compatible your old locks will be with the 38-284.

Either way, it is probably going to be your best bet. Look it over and see what you think.
