Missing Parts for Awning Window

Hello, I'm missing two parts for an awning window and I am unsure what they are called in order to replace them. In the first photo the part missing is is the bottom piece that is circular and runs the bottom of the window, and attaches to the window crank. The second piece missing is the part in the second photo that attaches the window crank and secures it in place. Thank you

Hey there, thanks for posting! It appears you may need the linkage for this window. That is not something we sell, unfortunately. Also, I am not sure who would be able to provide your with a replacement.
The only hardware we might be able to provide a replacement for would be the window operator.
I apologize we can't be of more help!

We can only provide a replacement for the window operator. Is that what you are referring to as the torque arm?
If so, I'll need to see a photo of the placement of the installation holes to determine the best possible replacement.
