Missing Parts on New Castle XT Insulate 960 Sliding Door

Question

The doors in our new house are missing 3 round plugs from the bottom of the sliding door and one square plug from the handle.

Can you provide these?

Thanks for reaching out! We carry two different styles of round plugs that may work for the holes in your patio doors but I cannot make any guarantees. Start with reviewing t he 33-250 Snap-on Hole Cover and the 67-019 White Snap-in Plug. Look over the dimensions to see if either of them could be a fit.

I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to supply you with a replacement for the missing square plug on your handle set.
