Missing Pella sliding door parts

Question

We are missing this faceplate, both top and bottom, on one of our 2 Pella designer series sliding glass doors. In one of the photos the part is shown. It is shown as missing in the 2nd photo. Part measures approximately 2-1/4" x 1-1/2". Color was probably originally almond but was painted to match windows ordered at a later date with Putty frames.

Thanks for reaching out! Your door appears to use the 82-247 Pella Locking Mechanism. I'm sorry to say that we do not carry the compatible hardware for this lock.

You may have some luck contacting Pella directly, or perhaps, a local Pella dealer but I cannot make any guarantees.
