I need pins to fit into the slots one for each side

The cam in your shoe is a little peculiar, but look at our 26-083 pivot bar to start. First, see if the screw holes line up with your old ones. Be sure the bar is long enough to extend from the sash to the pivot shoe. Also check the width and thickness to ensure it will fit in your pivot shoe's cam.
