Missing Roller on a Tie Bar?

I think I have the terminology correct.  I’ve included two pics.  One of the missing roller and one with the roller.  The keeper on the window in question has nothing to grab onto.  What parts do you have that might help.

Hello,

The rollers used with these tie bars are not available separately, but we offer two 26.9" long tie bars with interlock rollers similar to yours. See the 38-954 with two rollers or the 38-955 with three rollers. Review the specifications of both options to see if one of them matches yours. Thanks for posting!

There are no written instructions for these tie bars, but the tie bar is held in place by a tie bar guide like the 39-417, as shown in our video below. The lock operates the tie bar by connecting the lock arm to the opening in the bottom of the tie bar as shown in your photos. I hope this helps!
